Amrita Nugraheni Saraswaty is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. Her research focuses on issues of groundwater management, pro-environmental behavior, plastic ban policies, women's empowerment in marine-based tourism, and Balinese Local knowledge on a socio-economic basis. She also has interests in sustainable and inclusive development, traditional knowledge, and climate change. Her ongoing project is funded by the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology with a focus on how Balinese cultural resilience is achieved while preserving water resources. The project explores how traditional knowledge is dynamically related to the use of water resources for community welfare.
