Ni Nyoman Ayu Diantini (Dian) joined the Faculty of Economics and Business at Udayana University (FEB Unud) in December 2009. Prior to joining FEB Unud, she was a lecturer at one of the emerging private universities in Bali for 3 years. She completed a Bachelor in Economics (S.E.) and Master of Management (M.M) at Gadjah Mada University in Jogjakarta in 2003 and 2005, respectively. She received her doctoral degree (Ph.D) from The University of Western Australia (UWA) in May 2021 after being awarded a fully funded scholarship from LPDP Indonesia.

Research

Her research expertise is in corporate finance, specifically in corporate governance, financial reporting, investment and sustainability finance. She published her research articles in national and international journals and presented them at conferences and symposiums.

Teaching

Her teaching focus is on corporate finance, investment, and strategic financial management, where she has delivered and coordinated undergraduate and postgraduate courses both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

She did tutorial classes in 2018 and 2020-2022 at The University of Western Australia. She taught Introduction to Finance (FINA1221) for tutorial classes and received feedback report provided by the UWA by 93% of overall students satisfied with her teaching quality.

Service

At FEB Unud, she is a member of journal editor of MATRIK: Jurnal Manajemen, Strategi Bisnis, dan Kewirausahaan. More broadly, she is a member of unit for research and community service (Unit Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat) from April 2022. Furthermore, she involves in the Global Engagement Program (GEP) of FEB Unud as a secretary.
