I Gst Ayu Eka Damayanthi is a Permanent Lecturer in the Faculty of Economics of Udayana University since 2008. I am a lecturer in the Department of Accounting. Bachelor Degree in Education, Faculty of Economics, University of Mataram University graduated in 2002. Postgraduate Masters of Science, Department of Accounting, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta graduated in 2005. The first time I made a research was when making a thesis with the title Effect of the Marketing Department on the financial performance of PT Candra Cargo Mataram in 2002. Then make a thesis title Differences Effect of company size and leverage on companies that have audit committees and specialist auditors in 2005. Some of my research titles are Influence of the Quality of Human Resources, Utilization of Technology, and Internal Control Systems on the Accounting Reporting Value of Badung Regency (year 2016). The role of the Board of Trustees and Good Corporate Governance in the performance of rural banks (in 2017).
