Born on May 27, 1958 in the village of Pemecutan Badung Denpasar. Elementary school no. 18 Denpasar, then went to Junior High School 1, after graduating in junior high school, went to Saraswati High School 1 (SLUA), Denpasar. setamat SLUA 1 Then continued his undergraduate studies (S1) at the Faculty of Economics, Udayana University in Denpasar in 1980 and graduated S1 in 1985.

Accepted as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, Udayana University in 1986. married to AA. Ngurah Anom Kumbara who came from the Gelgel Klungkung Village. From this marriage gave birth to 3 children, 1 named Cok Yuliandari's Wife, no. 2 Cok Ratih Kumbara Dewi and the no. 3 Cok Ratna Sari Dewi.

Further studies at the postgraduate level were carried out at the Faculty of Economics and Business in 2001 and graduated in 2003 with a Masters in Management (MM).

As a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business since 1986 until now (2020).
