Works as a senior lecturer (assistant Professor) at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University (FEB Unud) since 2006.

Obtained his Bachelor of Economics degree in 2006 from the Faculty of Economics, Udayana University (FE Unud), Indonesia, with a major in Management. Obtained his Master of Engineering degree in 2008 from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering Bandung Institute of Technology (FTI ITB), Indonesia, with a specialization in Industrial Engineering and Management. Obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management in 2013 from Kent Business School University of Kent, UK, with a specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM).

Has several scientific articles which are published in several journals with international reputation, and has Scopus h-index: 2.

Research interests are in the areas of International Business, Entrepreneurship, Management, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Behavior.
