Biografi

Being a graduate of development economics at Udayana University in 2000 opened my interest and awareness about the meaning of economic development. Economic development is not only a matter of how to produce strategies so that regional or national income increases in quantitative quantities. But also how to produce a strategy so that economic development can create a change in the order of values that is more quality and humane and environmentally friendly. As a beginner lecturer, I try to do research and service that is in line with the goals of sustainable economic development. The research that I do is more specialized in regional economic development by raising local wisdom. Almost all of them are fully supported by Udayana University, specifically the economic development program (now economics only) FEB Udayana University. Topics that I have raised include organic agriculture, microeconomics niches (which is now the topic of my dissertation at the ongoing PDIE Univ Brawijaya Malang), energy classes, and poverty alleviation in the village. The community service that I did with my friends at the study program was to pioneer the establishment of a garbage bank group in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency, and training in young entrepreneurs of organic agriculture. The current era of pandemic disruption increases my interest in conducting economic research directly from field research because it is very important for future learning material.
