Biografi
Ni Putu Sri Harta Mimba, or known as Mimba, has been a lecturer since 1999. Her recent teachings are in behavioral accounting, management strategic and leadership, global project management. In 2018 and 2019, she was invited as a visiting lecturer in Nanchang University and Sanming University, China.
Mimba has been appointed as the head of Research and Community Service Unit of Faculty of Economics and Business, since March 2020. Formerly, she was the Director of Center for International Programs, Udayana University from 2013-2019. From 2011 -2013, she was assigned as the head of International Business Study Network (IBSN).
Mimba has been actively involved in various international joint research collaborations and her works have been published in some reputable international journals indexed in Scopus. Currently, she is in charge as the project coordinator for two projects granted by European Union (Erasmus+), namely: INSPIRE Project (Introducing Social Entrepreneurship in Indonesian Higher Education) from 2017-2020 and UNITED (Engineering Knowledge Transfer Units to Increase Student´s Employability and Regional Development) from 2019-2022. She was granted an APEC Project about capacity building in Tokyo (2012) and Seoul (2012).
As part of the development of her self-competence, she joined various trainings, such as the training provided by University of Glasgow, Scotland (2015); Massey University, New Zealand (2014); Erasmus+ Trainer Trainings that were held in Graz, Austria (2018); Allicante University, Spain (2018); and University of Krakow, Polland (2019).
