Having been a lecturer since 1992 is a pride and a challenge for me. Pride because with this profession I can contribute to this country by dedicating myself in the education process of the country's children who will determine the future of this nation. No matter how small the contribution is, I am still grateful because I could and have had the opportunity for it. While on the other hand the development of the era also requires me to follow and make changes if I do not want to be left. As a lecturer in Management Studies program with the field of Marketing expertise requires me to follow the developments and changes in question. The most obvious change is in the aspect of technology that has an impact on the adjustment of learning methods to the needs and abilities of learning participants. Related to that, to eliminate the boredom of students aside from using various learning methods, I also use e_learning (OASE) for the courses I take care of through the address https://oase.unud.ac.id/course/view.php?id=44 . 

            In addition, I also use webex meetings and require students to upload their assignments on social networks such as YouTube, so that they can provide additional insights for those who need them. This situation will certainly arouse the enthusiasm of students to do their assignments very seriously, be creative to the full and be accountable. This learning method I do in the hope that interaction between me and students can be done whenever and wherever I want, without saying limitations by time and space.
