Drs. I Gde Ketut Warmika, M.M., was born in Tabanan, Bali, 0n 8th April 1963. He currently  lives in Denpasar, Bali.

He completed Eelementary School and Junior High School in Penebel District and continued his study in Senior High School SMA Negeri 1 Tabanan and graduated in 1982. After graduated from senior high school he took undergraduate (S1) at Department of Economics, Udyana University and graduated in 1987. He started his career as a lecturer at Faculty of Economcs Udayana University n 1988. During 1993 - 2005 he was also assigned  as Small Business Trainer and Consultant which was established by Faculty of Economics and Business Udayana University. In 1998, he continued to take post graduate study at Magister Management Program, Udayana University and graduated in 2000. He is major in Business of Tourism. Since then he has also assigned as lecturer in Tourism Business, Entrepreneurship and Managerial Economics. In the period of 2013 - 2017 he assignned as The Head of International Business Studies Networks (IBSN) Udayana Univeristy.
