I was born in Bondalem village, Biuleleng Regency.  I've got married in 1991, my wife Sutariastini Nyoman. I have 3 children; 1st is  I Gusti Ayu Mas Asriyanthi Mandala, 2nd is I Gusti Ayu Frangipani Nandha and the 3rd one is I Gusti Ayu Tri Bhuwana Dewi. Graduated from Singaraja Elementary School SD No. 21 in 1970. Continuing to Junior High School SMPN 1 Singaraja graduated in 1973 and graduated from SMAN 1 Singaraja in 1976. In 1978 continued the study at the Faculty of Economics, Udayana University graduated in 1984. studied at master of management at the Faculty of Economics of Udayana University graduated in 2004. Worked at Prasada Adi Kriya in 1984 - 1985 and worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics of Udayana University from 1986 until now.
