Prof. Dr. Drs. Made Kembar Sri Budhi, M.P. was born in Buleleng, Bali is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University from 1986 to present. The author completed the Scholars Program, Bachelor of Economics at the Faculty of Economics, Udayana University in 1984. The author completed the education of Master of Agriculture, Socio-economics at the Faculty of Agriculture, Gadjah Mada University in 1993, and obtained his doctorate degree in economics in 2007 from the Faculty of Economics of Airlangga University. Confirmed as a professor in 2009 at the Faculty of Economics at Udayana University.

Positions that have been carried, among other economics lecturers from 1986 to present, Assistant Chairman of Academic Field Faculty of Economics, Udayana University from 1996 to 2000, Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs, Faculty of Economics, Udayana University from 2000 to 2004, and as the Dean of Economics, Faculty of Economics, Udayana University from 2004 to 2008 and as chairman of the doctoral Program in Economics and Business Faculty of UNUD from 2009 to 2018. The author actively teaches and guides Strata 1, 2 and 3 students at the Economics and Business Faculty, Udayana University and examines the economic development studies, and as one of the founders of Ikatan Doktor Ekonomi Udayana (IDEYANA). Appointed as chairman of the Ikatan Sarjana Ekonomi Indonesia (ISEI) Denpasar-Bali from 2017-2020.
