I was born in the City of Bima Sumbawa on December 27, 1957, elementary school No. 4 Denpasar, SMP Negeri 1 Denpasar, SLUA 1 Saraswati Denpasar, continued studying in Denpasar at the Faculty of Economics, Udayana University in 1977. and obtained a degree in economics in 1983, as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics Udayana University since 1984. married to I G. K. Sutamada in 1979. From this marriage gave birth to 3 sons. the first child was named I G Putu Alvin Adi Laksmana Mada, the first child was named I G Made Baron Wiranayaka Mada, and the first child was named I Gd. Nyoman Carlos Wiswanatha Mada. in 2001 continued his S2 studies at the Faculty of Economics, Udayana University, and in 2003 he won the Masters degree in Management (MM). and taught from 1984 until now (2020) at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University.
