I am named Gede Merta Sudiartha, born in Kupang (NTT) on April 10, 1956, my educational history is as follows: Tabanan Elementary School No. 3 graduated in 1968, Tabanan Junior High School (SMPN) graduated in 1971, General High School The Upper Level (SMAN 1 Denpasar) graduated in 1974, the Faculty of Economics, Department of Enterprise, Udayana University, graduated in 1982, the Postgraduate (S2) Management Study Program (Master of Management) graduated in 2003.

I married on June 16, 1980 with my wife named Ni Made voluntarily blessed with 4 children as follows: Ni Luh Gde Sagita Dewi, Ni Made Restiari, Ni Nyoman Sri Lestari and I Gede Ketut Werdi Dharma.

I became a Candidate for Civil Servants in 1979 at Unud and in 1980 was appointed as a Civil Servant at Unud, then in 1985 moved from Administrative to Educational Staff (Lecturer in the Faculty of Economics and Business Unud) until now.
