I Wayan Arnata was born in Ungasan Village, Jl. Unud Bukit Jimbaran Campus, South Kuta, Badung-Bali, on June 20, 1978, as the only child of partner I Nyoman Kader with Ni Made Kedri. In 1996, the author graduated from SMAN 5 Denpasar, and in the same year, was registered as an undergraduate student in Agroindustrial Technology, Udayana University and graduated in 2001. In 2005, the writer was appointed as a lecturer in the same study program. Furthermore, in 2007, the author continued the master's graduate program in Agroindustrial Technology-IPB and graduated in 2009. In 2016, through the Budi-DN scholarship, the writer continued his doctoral postgraduate education at the same study program at IPB. The research topic was taken as a dissertation entitled "Design Process of Isolation and Application of Nanocrystalline Cellulose from Frond Sago as a Reinforcement Fiber for Dye Adsorbent Composite Bead"
