Komang Ayu Nocianitri was born on March 8, 1968 in Pesagi Village, Penebel District, Tabanan Regency, Bali. Educational history, namely: elementary school at SD No. 4 Rejasa from 1974 to 1980; Junior High School in SMPN Penebel from 1980 to 1983; Senior High School in SMAN1 Tabanan from 1983 to 1986. Undergraduate education in the Study Program of Agricultural Technology at Udayana University in 1986, and became a teaching staff at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University from 1995 until now. Graduate education is pursued at the Faculty of Agriculture, Hokkaido University, Japan with expertise in nutrition biochemistry and Doctoral education taken at Udayana University in the field of food science. Job experience namely: Head of the Biochemistry and Nutrition Laboratory of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology from 2012 to 2018, Coordinator of the Study Program Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agricultural technology from 2018 until now. The current research is Probiotics as functional foods.
