Biografi

I Made Anom Sutrisna Wijaya is a Professor at Department of Agricultural and Bio-system Engineering at Udayana University (Unud) Indonesia where he has been a faculty member since 1990. He is currently the Head of Center on Food Availability and Sustainable Improvement (CFASI) Udayana University, Head of Agricultural Engineering Systems and Management Laboratory, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University, and also the Head of Indonesian Society of Agricultural Engineers (ISAE) Bali Chapter. Wijaya received his bachelor in Agricultural Engineering, from Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), Indonesia in 1987, master degree in Food Engineering, from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 1994, and completed his Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering, from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Japan in 2002. His teaching and research activities have focused on computer programming, geographical information system, sensors and equipment for small scale precision agriculture, plant speaking approach in precision agriculture, and UAV based (using RGB, multispectral and thermal imagery approach) assessment of pest and disease damage in paddy. Wijaya has managerial experience as Head of Land Development and Management Information System Department, Sugarcane Plantation and Factory, PT Gula Putih Mataram Lampung (1988-1990), Head of Agricultural Engineering Department, Udayana University (2003-2009); Assistant director for Administration and Finance, TPDSP ADB Project (2003-2009), Vice Dean for Academic Affair Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University (2009-2014), Secretary for Agricultural Science Doctor Program, Udayana University (2014-2019), and recently as Head of Center on Food Availability and Sustainable Improvement (CFASI) Udayana University, as well as Head of Agricultural Engineering Systems and Management Laboratory, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University since 2019.
