Biografi
Ni Made Yusa, is a lecturer at Study Program
of Food Science and Technology, Faculty
of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University, Bali, Indonesia. He obtained
his Ph.D with a concentratin in Agricultural Technology, from Faculty of
Agriculture, Udayana University, Bali, Indonesia, in 2019. Ni Made Yusa had been the secretary of Traditional Food Research Center, Udayana
University, for four years, 2015 – 2019. His research interest includes Bali
traditional food and functional food.
