Education          :

                          1. Bachelor of Animal Husbandry (Ir) 1980 at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine (FKHP), Udayana University, Bali;

                          2. Master (M.Sc.) on 1985 Of Food Science and Technology at the University of the Philippines at Los Banos Philippines.

                          3. Doctor (Dr.) on 1988 Of Food Science and Technology at the University of the Philippines at Los Banos Philippines.

Activities          :  

                                   Starting in 2007 he was a Professor at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology; S2 lecturer (ITP Master); S3 (Agricultural Science) lecturer at  the Postgraduate University of Udayana,

                           Initially appointed as a lecturer at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry of Andalas University in Padang (1981 -2005) to pursue Dadih as traditiona lfood and finally in midle of 2007 he was confirmed as Permanent Professor of Food Science and Technology Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University until now.

                          The author actively writes books, scientific publications in: seminars, posters, national and international proceedings, teaches and develops local food, animal food becomes a functional food through research.
