Ni Putu Ratna Sari is a lecturer at the Faculty of Tourism, Udayana University. Before teaching she worked 8 years in hotel industry. After graduated from the Diploma IV Tourism study program, She  took  Master Program  and then graduated a doctoral program  in tourism at 2019 in  Udayana University. Besides teaching in Bachelor Program, Master Program in Tourism.  She is also examiner for PhD. Candidat  in tourism and lecturer  as well as supervisor for Post graduates  students in International Project Program “Go Bali” Her research interests  is  hospitality industry and tourism including hotels management, sosio culture in tourism and human resources development. Some examples of my researches project : The Influence of Quality of Work Life on Employees’ Performance with Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation as Intervening Variables in Star-Rated Hotels in Ubud Tourism Area of Bali,Motivation of Balinese women Working at jasmine hotels in the ​​Ubud Tourist Resort (2008), Guest Satisfaction in The Nusa Dua (2019) , Local perception on Nusa Dua Tourist Resort Bali between 2016-2017. In addition she is also as auditor of Tri Hita Karana Tourism Award  for 3 years and as Assesor for professional certification of hotels
