I Gusti Putu Bagus Sasrawan Mananda (Gus Mananda) is a lecturer at the Faculty of Tourism, Udayana University who holds a bachelor and master's degree in tourism studies, Advance of English from Michigan University, USA and Management Hospitality and Tourism from Auckland University of Technology, NZ. Gus Mananda previously worked at  several five star hotel such as: The Ritz Carlton Bali Resort and Spa, COMO Shambahala Estate, Harris Kuta, and The Mansion Resort and then decided to open his own business on travel agent, Sumanda Tour & Travel and also Bagus Plus Villa Management Service. My current field of study are a feasibility study of tourism, MICE (meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions), ground handling, guiding and entrepreneurship in tourism. Gus Mananda also an active member on several organisations such as SIPCO (society of Indonesia professional convention organiser) and HPI (Himpunan pramuwisata Indonesia/ Guide association). He was working as Head of travel industry program, Vice Dean at Tourism Faculty,  and currently incharge as a Head of entrepreneur and career development center dan social entrepreneurship which is incharge to motivate students to become entrepreneur and also maintain job fair and tracer study of Udayana University.
