Graduated Doctor from The University of Waikato New Zealand, she adopts a critical approach, and the central theme of her research is the marginal and unheard voice of those involved in tourism and critically examine tourism organization communication practices. She also concerns of inclusive tourism, enabling a greater access for people with disabilities, seniors, women, children in tourism as well as people who works in the industry. She involved in academic activities, particularly in teaching for almost 19 years. She teaches undergraduate as well as postgraduate levels.
