Dr I Nyoman Sudiarta, SE., M.Par, was born in Banjar Anyar, Kediri, Tabanan, Bali on 15 March 1965 farmers couple I Made Redeng (Alm) and Ni Ketut Repeg (Alm). Tanah Bang Elementary School No. 2 Elementary School completed at Banjar New Kediri, Kediri First State Secondary Education. Secondary education at Tabanan State High School 2. The author holds a Bachelor of Economics (SE) degree in Indonesian Management High School in Denpasar after previously completing a 4 Degree in Tourism (Bachelor of Applied) diploma program in Udayana University's School of Tourism (Faculty of Tourism) Program (1989). Master of Tourism (S2) and Doctor of Tourism (S3) Education are both completed at the Faculty of Tourism (Postgraduate) University of Udayana.
