My name is Ni Wayan Sri Sutari, S.P., M.P, usually called iiek. SP is a Bachelor of Agriculture degree that I earned while pursuing my Bachelor's degree in the Soil Science Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University in 1999 and graduated in 2004. Then I was accepted as a teaching staff at my Almamater in the Soil Biology Lab. In order to develop my knowledge, I continued my undergraduate studies at the Postgraduate Agricultural Biotechnology Study Program at Udayana University in 2007 and graduated in 2011 with an MP (Master of Agriculture) degree. The specifications of my knowledge are Organic Agriculture, Soil Biology and Agricultural Biotechnology that are environmentally friendly. The research that I did while I was a Lecturer was about the role of various microorganisms in the overhaul of the City's organic waste. Research on cellulose-decomposing microorganisms in organic waste, especially ceremonial waste, especially in Bali, is very much my concern, until now I continue my studies in the Postgraduate Program in Agricultural Science at Udayana University and focus on the Concentration of Biological Resources. My research focuses on the exploration of cellulolytic bacteria to break down cellulose in organic municipal waste specifically for ceremonial leftovers. The final result I expect is to find cellulolytic bacterial isolates that can accelerate the breakdown of organic waste directly from the source, namely in the household. The research collaboration so far has been mostly with the Agriculture Office, the Marine Fisheries and Animal Husbandry Office, the Women's Empowerment Office, PKK, the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture and often becomes the resource person about Growing Young Entrepreneurial Souls especially in agriculture. Motivating young people to become a farmer is a challenge for me personally, how to make the agricultural profile interesting and can be used as a promising business opportunity in the future. Agricultural potential in Indonesia in general and Bali in particular is very likely to produce a variety of superior agricultural products that can be exported. This is a big challenge for me going forward.

Since the Covid 19 pandemic hit the world, agriculture, plantations and fisheries have been the most desirable business opportunities. Gardening and farming in the middle of the city or better known as Urban Farming is becoming the most HITS today.

Since the Covid 19 pandemic hit the world, agriculture, plantations and fisheries have been the most desirable business opportunities. Gardening and farming in the middle of the city or better known as Urban Farming is becoming the most HITS today. Special Agricultural Consultants Urban Farming is something that I have been working on right now. Opening up lots of new land in the middle of the city, it turns out that a lot of productive land that hasn't been exploited optimally can be turned into urban agricultural land with environmentally friendly organic treatment.
