I Made Sukewijaya, SP, M.Sc., was born in Buleleng-Bali, April 26, 1969. Graduated with a Bachelor of Agriculture (SP) in the Agronomy Study Program of the Department of Agricultural Cultivation, Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University in 1993. Master of Science (M .Sc.) was achieved at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), Bangkok, Thailand in 2004. In 2018 he completed his doctoral studies in the Agricultural Science Doctoral Program at the Udayana University Concentration in Agroecotechnology.

The author is a permanent lecturer at Udayana University since 1997 and has a home base in the Agroecotechnology Study Program. In addition to carrying out basic tasks at Udayana University, it is also believed to carry out additional duties as: Secretary of the Landscape Architecture Laboratory (2006 - 2008); Managing Editor Agritrop Journal (2004 - 2008); Journal of Agrotrop (2008 - present); Secretary of Agroecotechnology Study Program (2008 - 2012); Chair of the Agronomy and Horticulture Concentration in the Agroecotechnology Study Program (2012 - 2014); Secretary of Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University (2014 - 2018); Treasurer of the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University (2018 - present)

The author teaches courses in the field of Agronomy and Horticulture, including: Botany, Fundamentals of Agronomy, Integrated Agriculture, Plant Cultivation Technology, Postharvest Technology, and several courses related to agriculture in the Faculty of Agriculture Architecture Study Program, Unud. Various academic studies have been carried out with funding from Udayana University and the Ministry of Research and Technology and Higher Education. Also collaborative research with government agencies (Province and District / City in Bali) and the private sector and NGOs. Some of the writings in academic texts are contained in national and international journals and in the form of chapters contained in books.
