Ni Nengah Soniari, was born in Tanjung Bungkak, Denpasar on September 5, 1963 from the couple I Wayan Meja (Father) with Ni Nengah Ebeh (Mother). The first basic education (SD) in SD 4 Sumerta, East Denpasar in 1971 and junior high school in Sumerta Middle School in 1977, then high school in 1980. Continuing to College, Udayana University chose the Faculty of Agriculture in the Department of Land. In 1991 he was accepted as a lecturer in the same department at the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University, and continued his Masters education at Gadjah Mada University, until now he remains an educational staff at Udayana University
