I Wayan Narka was born on November 22, 1961 in Tabanan, starting his career as a lecturer on January 1, 1986 at the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University. In early September 1990 continued his Masters at Gadjah Mada University and completed in February 1993. Subjects taught while being a lecturer are the Basics of Soil Science, Soil and Water Management, Applied Soil Physics, and Agrohydrology. The rank achieved at this time is the Junior Main Advisor with the academic position of Head Associate Professor. Additional tasks that have been held are Department secretaries and Laboratory secretaries.
