As a lecturer in the Udayana Program at Udayana University. Born in Gianyar, Bali in December 1955. Elementary  to  high school education  was completed in Gianyar (1962-1974). Agricultural Education (Ir.) Was completed in the Department of Udayana at Udayana University in 1983. In 1996 completed a master's degree program in the field of Land and Water Management at Brawijaya University, Malang, East Java and was very interested in research in the field of land.
