My name is Ni Nyoman Ratini. I was born on April 1, 1967 in the village of Sibetan. My parents the name I Ketut Pasek and Ni Nyoman Kari. I am the third of six siblings.

I graduated from elementary school in 1979 at SD No.1 Sibetan then graduated junior high school in 1982 at SMP N Sibetan I continued my high school education (SLUA) ​​Saraswati in Amlapura city and graduated in 1985. In 1985 I continued my education at Udayana University until the next seventh semester a transplant was carried out to Airlangga University by taking the Department of Physics study program graduated in 1992. In 1993 I was appointed as a lecturer at Udayana University until now. And continued his S2 education at the Bandung Institute of Technology with the Department of Medical Physics and graduated in 2001.
