I Gusti Ayu Kunti Sri Panca Dewi was born in Denpasar in 1964. Bachelor's degre at  the Faculty of Agronomy at  University of Udayana and has been lecturer at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences  Udayana University since 1991. The master program at Bogor Agricultural University majoring in Natural Resources and Environmental Management completed in 1996, then completed his doctoral program at Udayana University in 2018.
