I am a lecturer in the field of social psychology, at the Psychology department, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Bali. I am 36 years old, who have passion and enthusiasm to be involved and do an activity related to social and behavioral change. Currently, I am involved in two activities in the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights, as a Consultant at the Directorate General of Corrections, a division on child problem alleviation, which was initiated by the Center for Detention Studies (CDS) to develop guidance instruments in Indonesian Child Correctional Institutions (April contract period 2018-April 2019). Furthermore, at this time I also the coordinator of the counselor at the Class II A Correctional Institution, Denpasar, a Prison with very high drug use cases. During the period 2015-2017 I was involved as the coordinator of counseling activities at the Special Guidance Institute for Children Class IIA Karangasem, Bali with the main activity is to provide counseling for children who had conflict with the law in Bali and facilitating their psychological needs. Therefore, I am familiar with activities with the community and youth specifically related to group mentoring activities. For additional information, I worked at IOM as monitoring and evaluation staff in 2007-2008 located in Jogjakarta after earthquake , I also involved in many capacity building and workshop activities as a facilitator related my task ask a lecturer right now.
