Tjokorda Gde Agung Senapathi was born in Gianyar on January 23, 1973, graduated with a medical bachelor's program in 1995 and graduated from the medical profession in 1997 at Udayana University, 1998-2001 devoted as non permanent-doctor at Bangli Public Hospital, 2002 went to study at the Anesthesiology specialist medical program at the University of Indonesia and graduated in 2006. Following Regional Anesthesia education and training at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM) in 2009 and the 2017 Regional Anesthesiology Consultant Degree were obtained from the Indonesian College of Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy. Doctoral education with a Doctorate degree was obtained at Udayana University in 2015.

He actively teaches, guides and tests students of Bachelor of Medicine, Medical Profession, Specialist Doctor Education Program and Postgraduate Doctoral Program at Udayana University.

In addition to teaching, he is active in community service activities and various Scientific Meetings related to the field of anesthesiology. In addition, he is very active in research, scientific publications in the form of books or scientific journals of national and international standard.
