I was born in Denpasar Bali on August 20, 1977. I received elementary school education at SD 2 Dangin Puri, SMP 1 Denpasar, SMA 1 Denpasar, Faculty of Medicine UNUD. I subsequently continued PPDS 1 THT-KL FK UNUD for 5 years and doctoral study program at Faculty of Medicine UNUD. Currently now I am is teaching staff at ENT-HNS Department  FK UNUD.
