Since studying in high school, she has been interested in the field of Psychology. Therefore, she continued my education at the UGM Faculty of Psychology from S1 to S3, even though I had a Masters in Work Ergonomics / Physiology as one of the studies in Psychology. After graduating as a Psychologist, she worked at PT. Sri Rejeki Isman (Sritex) Sukoharjo-Solo. As a Personnel staff she did a lot of recruitment tasks, training employees, and handling staffing related issues. It also received an additional assignment to assist the board of directors as PR. She then moved to Denpasar and worked as a lecturer to channel her desire to teach. Off campus, she also became an instructor at John Robert Powers to provide training in the areas of Personal Development, Effective Communication and Group Dynamics. She also often provide training for students, DPRD members, and company employees. The training topics that she has given include coaching, excellent service, and facilitation techniques. In addition to carrying out my main duties as a lecturer, she also practice psychology. Until now she have tried to apply the knowledge she gained by doing assessment work. She was once an assessor team coordinated by the UI, UI Management Institute, which handled BNI 46 employees, Angkasa Pura, and PLN Bali Region. Furthermore, she was also an LP3T assessor team at Airlangga University for PT. PJB and PDAM of the city of Surabaya. Some other companies handled independently include: Astra Group, Agung Automal, Holcim, Akebono, Waskita Karya, and also as competency assessors at PT. Garuda Indonesia.
