Fransiska Dewi Setiowati Sunaryo, S.S, M.Hum, was born in Denpasar on September 26, 1980. Completed undergraduate studies at the Department of History, Faculty of Letters at Udayana University in 2014 and S1 at the Department of English Literature at Udayana University in 2015 then continued his Masters at the History of Science Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, University of Indonesia (2008-2011). Currently the author is active as a History Lecturer in the History Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Udayana University, Editor of the FIB Unud Library Journal and active in the Indonesian branch of the Indonesian Historian Society organization.
