My name is Made Ratna Dian Aryani, but my friends call me Dian, or bu D (said: bu De). I was born in Yogyakarta, June 12 nd 1974. I started my career as a Japanese GRO (Guest Relation Officer) in Bali Dynasty Hotel, and a standby teacher in Faculty of Arts, Udayana University at 1999. Suddenly, I found that my passion is to become a lecturer. I decided to taken a change and focus as lecturer , then taken master and doctoral. It was such a big decision in my life which could change everything. During the hard times, I joined lecturer’s project. It was difficult but it built me to be strong. I graduated from master  at 2007 and doctoral at 2017, became real lecturer.
