I Made Budi Arsika is a lecturer at Faculty of Law Udayana University (FL Unud). He teaches courses on public international laws and interested in developing research on human rights issues and legal aspects of tourism. He was part of the Center for International Programs of Udayana University in 2013-2019, serving as Head of  Quality  Assurance and Secretary. He was also Head and Secretary of the Publication Unit at FL Unud. Currently,  he is a Managing Editor of the Udayana Journal of Law and Culture.
