Born in Singaraja on 15th of April 1973. Went through the bachelor degree in the Faculty of Law Udayana University from 1992 until 1997. Continued The Magister Program in Udayana University from 2005 until 2008. Currently is an academic staff of the International Law Department , Faculty of Law Udayana University. My field of specialization is International Law of the Sea and Diplomatic Law and also since 2013 pursue cyber law.
