I Dewa Gede Palguna is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law Udayana University who served two terms as a justice of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia (2003-2008 and 2015-2020). He was the youngest ever justice of the Indonesian Constitutional Court when elected for the first term . He is a prominent actor involved in the constitutional amendment process while serving as a member of the Peoples' Consultative Assembly. In February 2020, he was appointed as Chairman and concurrently Member of Ethics Council of Indonesia'sChild Protection Commission.
