I Ketut Sudiarta, born in Denpasar May 15, 1962. Education from elementary school to university was completed in Denpasar. In addition, as a lecturer, as Secretary of the State Administrative Law Section, as Secretary of the Faculty of Law Strengthening Cooperation with Maastricht Netherlands, as Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Law, Udayana University. Now since 2019-2023 as Chair of the State Administrative Law Labolatorium. The courses taken care of and research are focused on the fields of Environmental Law, Spatial Law and Tourism Law.
