Lecture at the Faculty of  law  Udayana University.  Born in Singaraja , Bali on 31 March 1962.  Elementary to high  school  education was completed  in Singaraja  from 1968-1980.  Bachelor of law education was completed at the faculty of Lawa Diponogoro University Semarang  from 1980-1985. and  Master degree recieved  in the program master at Udayana University from 1995-1997. Become lecture at Faculty of Law Udayana University in 1987.
