Ida Ayu Sukihana, S.H., M.H, born in Tulikup Gianyar, March 11, 1957. Undergraduate education at the Faculty of Law of Udayana University graduated in 1984, the Masters level was pursued in the Postgraduate Law Study Program at Udayana University and graduated in 2008. Research experience: Model Formation Tradition Documentation and Publication of Book Format in an Effort to Improve Legal Protection for Intangible Assets (Intellectual Property Rights) in Traditional Knowledge (PT) and Bali National Cultural Expressions (EBT) (2012), Inclusion of Artificial Sweeteners on Food Packaging Labels in Relation to Consumer Protection (2013), The Existence of Article 38 of Law No.28 of 2016 Regarding Copyright Related to Traditional Dance Performing Arts as an Expression of Traditional Culture (EBT) in Bangli District (2016).
