Komang Pradnyana Sudibya is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University, Denpasar, Bali. Completing her Bachelor's degree in Law at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University majoring in Constitutional Law, as soon as completing her education at the Faculty of Law, Udayana was immediately appointed as a teaching staff at her alma mater in the Department of Constitutional Law. The thesis at that time was entitled: "Some Problems with Changes to the Basic Law in the Referendum Context as Input to Article 37 of the Constitution. 1945 (An Analytical Study) ".

Furthermore Komang Pradnyana Sudibya continued his education to the strata 2 (S2) level at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Airlangga University in Surabaya by majoring in Political Science with the final thesis writing entitled: "Determination of the Ubud Gianyar Regional Tourism Area, A Study of State Relations Patterns, Markets and Communities in Spatial Planning ".

Now Komang Pradnyana Sudibya is completing the Strata 3 (S3) level of education at the Doctoral Program at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University with a final dissertation research entitled: "Reconstruction of Equitable Regional Revenue Balance Arrangement in the Province of Bali in the Perspective of Regional Autonomy".

Since Komang Pradnyana Sudibya's students have enjoyed writing and at the beginning of being a lecturer, they have become writers in the Bali Post daily. His activities are now only as a lecturer in his nature by taking courses in Election Law, State Administration Law and Kapita Selekta State Administration Law
