I Dewa Made Suartha (“Dewa Suartha”) is a lecturer at Department of Procedural Law Faculty of Law Udayana University (FL UNUD), Bali, Indonesia. He got his Bachelor of Law (S.H.) degree at Faculty of Law Brawijaya University, Master of Law (M.H.) degree at Master Program Faculty of Law Udayana University, and Doctoral of Law (Dr.) degree at Law Doctoral Program Sebelas Maret University Surakarta.

Dewa Suartha is an expert on Criminal Procedural Law and Adat Criminal Law. Currently, he still acts as a lecturer at Bachelor Degree (S1) Udayana University, the Master of Law (S2) Program, Master of Notary (S2 Kenotariatan) Program and Doctoral of Law Program Udayana University (PDIH Unud). He also actively conducting publication such as Books (Corporation Criminal Law: Criminal Liability on Criminal Law Policy in Indonesia, Law and Adat Sanction: Criminal Law Renewal Perspective) and several National Accredited Journal by SINTA Dikti and International Reputable Journal (Scopus Indexed Journal and other indexes).

01 July 2013 until 01 July 2017, he serves as Head of Laboratory of FL UNUD.

29 August 2017 until 29 August 2018, he serves as Unit Head at FL UNUD.
