Prof. Dr. I Made Arya Utama,SH.,M.Hum. is a professor in Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law Udayana University. He was graduated from The Faculty of Law, Udayana University in 1989.  He was completed his master program at the Padjadjaran University, Bandung Indonesia, in 1997, and Doctoral degree was gained from the same university, namely Padjadjaran University, in 2005.  He has occupied positions as the Head of Notary Master Program, Udayana University, in 2006-2014, the Dean of the Faculty of Law Udayana University from 2016-2020, Assesor of The National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (BANPT), from 2007 until now. He has published books, articles, and other publications and conducting research on The Environmental Law, Licensing Law, and The Administrative Law.
