Richard Togaranta Ginting is a Library and Information Study Program's lecturer at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University since 2015. He received his master's degree from the University of Indonesia, Depok. The focus of teaching and research on information culture, preservation and conservation as well as the bibliometrics. Aside from focusing on educational and research activities, he is also active in community service activities by reforming libraries and reading parks especially in Bali. In addition, he is also active as a speaker in scientific meetings in the field of library at national and international levels.
