Biografi
Wahyu Budi Nugroho, completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at the Sociology Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Gadjah Mada University. During his active lectures in various student discussions, he was one of the founders and facilitators of the Islamic Political Forum (IPF) of the Faculty of Social Sciences and UGM. Since 2014 he has been a lecturer in the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University. Together with his friends in Denpasar he founded and became the chief director of the Sanglah Institute. Developing an interest in socialactor studies, until now actively teaching sociological theories and cultural studies. Some of the books he has written include; Corruptorrajim: Love Letters for the Corruption Eradication Commission (with Edi Akhiles, et al. [IRCiSoD, 2012]), Random: Breasts Before the Day after tomorrow (short story anthology, with Andi Facino, [NBC-IPB, 2012]), Others are Hell: Sociology Existentialism Jean Paul Sartre (Pustaka Pelajar, 2013), Alienation, Phenomenology, and Individual Liberation (with Dr. M. Supraja [LOGIS, 2013]), Towards Transcommunity Technology (with Dr. M. Supraja [LOGIS, 2014]), Book Field Lecture Series: Appropriate Technology That Sides on Strengthening Community Welfare (LPPM-UGM, 2014), 1001 Parents' Sins on Children (with Alexander Felder [Herya Media, 2016]), Tejo Sulistyo, Maestro of Javanese Dance who are Continuously Looking for Retirement (Cipta Cipta Media, 2016), El Comandante Fidel Castro's Rebellion History (Sociality, 2017), Delaying Lose (novel [Hysteria, 2018]), and Reunderstanding Marx, Marxism and It's Development (Pustaka Pelajar, 2019).
