I Ketut Winaya. I was born on April 1,1975, in the village selulung kintamani district. I entered elementry school in SDN Selulung.After graduating from elementry school, i went through elementry school to kintamani high school for SMA TP 45 Singaraja.my higher education continuid at  panji sakti university by taking a studi of the science of public administration and masterscourse at the university of brawijaya with a concentration of local goverment administration. during my studies  i worked village kaur at the selulung kintamanivillage office and in 2008 i worked at udayana university in the departement of social and political sciences to this day.
