ANIMAL HUSBANDRY STUDY PROGRAM POLICY IN THE TIME PANDEMI CORONA VIRUS DESEASE (COVID -19)

On the 18 March 2020 Bachelor of Animal Husbandry Study Program began conducting online lectures through webex, wa, google classroom, zoom and oasis, UTS and UAS were also conducted online. Starting April 5, the proposal exams and seminar results online are the same SOP offline as, but the number of students at least five people. Thesis exams are also carried out online which SOP is the same as offline. Online lectures run smoothly, the weakness is that the internet network is often disrupted. Corona Desease Virus (Covid-19) changes academy activities ranging from lectures to thesis examinations conducted online.
New coronavirus (COVID-19), which is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) has spread to many countries, including Indonesia. The outbreak began in early March 2020 and in less than a month has been infected with 1,285 patients and 114 deaths in Indonesia until March 30, 2020.
Based on the Chancellor's Instruction No. 1 of 2020 concerning Prevention of Development and Spread of Corona Virus Desease-19 (Covid-19) at Udayana University, and Rector's Instruction No. 2 of 2020 concerning Learning and Seminar on Thesis / Thesis / Dissertation Research Results, Thesis / Thesis / Dissertation Examination and Circular Chancellor Number: 7 / UN14 / SE / 2020, April 3, 2020 concerning the Second Extension of the Performance Break, the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University set the rules / SE regarding the administrative process, lectures, and completion of student final assignments at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, include the following:
1. Administration Process
Administrative Services are carried out in full online by the Deans, Vice Deans,
Koprodi
S1, S2, and S3, Head of Administration and Educational Staff
2. Lecture Process
a. Lectures must be carried out properly and fulfill 16 times
meetings including UTS and UAS online (WA, telegram, webex, OASEPJJ,
Else-U, Google classroom, Zoom, email, etc. according to agreement.
b. Quizzes, Assignments and Presentations are also held online
c. Practicum activities are postponed until the campus break period ends
d. All activities must be recorded as evidence that the learning process has been
completed implemented
e. The course coordinator is responsible for the sustainability of the process

3. Guidance Process
a. Students who do not yet have a Supervisor (Thesis, Thesis, and Dissertation) in order
immediately submit a letter online, whether via Whatshapp (WA), SMS, E-mail,
and Telegram during the Intermission Period to the Study Program Coordinator
(Formata letter can be obtained by downloading on the web site of Udayana University
(fapet.unud.ac.id) or contact the Head of Academic Affairs)
b. The final project guidance process can be done online, both through
Whatshapp (WA), Line, Telegram, webex, or email (according to deal)
c. If the lecturer has given approval (ACC), students are welcome
requesting lecturer signatures online (electronic scan signatures)
can follow the next stage
d. Letters that need a wet signature from the supervisor will be completed
after the campus starts serving offline (applies to all stages of that
requires signature)
4. Proposal Seminar Process and Results Seminar
a. Students submit proposal seminars and seminar results by completing
the file required by the Committee for seminar proposals and seminar results (for
S-1 Study Program and SIMAK Study Program Operators (for S-2 and S-3 Study
Programs. See SOP each Study Program)
b. All correspondence processes and seminar activities are conducted online
c. The process of completing the revision after the seminar proposal and the seminar
results as well implemented online, whether through Whatshapp (WA), Line,
Telengram, webex, or email (as agreed). If the revision results are approved,
students are welcome to ask for signatures online
(electronic scan signature) with the supervisor and examiner
d. Letters that need a wet signature from the supervisor and examiner will
completed after campus starts serving offline (applies to all
stages that require a signature).
5. The Process of Submitting Exams
a. Students submit the exam process online, either through Whatshapp (WA),
Line, Telengram, webex, and e-mail (as agreed) to the Study Program (for Study
Program
S-1) and SIMAK Operator Study Program (for S-2 and S-3 Study Programs. See SOP
Each Study Program)
b. Koprodi through Education Personnel completed the documents
required by students (Dean Decree, Minutes, etc.) and immediate exam time
set
6. Examination Process
a. Exams are carried out online through webex media (recommended) or by means of
others can present all examiners in one speech room.
b. The examiners and students use the clothes that have been determined
(students wearing black and white suits and alma mater suits and lecturers neatly
dressed).
c. The Chairperson of the Examination must record the implementation of the
examination to complete the minutes exam
7. Final Task Revision Completion Process
a. The final project revision completion process was also carried out online, both
via Whatshapp (WA), Line, Telengram, webex, or email (as appropriate
deal). If the revision results are approved, students are invited to request
online signatures (electronic scan signatures) with lecturers
supervisor and examiner lecturer.
