IN THE COVID PANDEMIC 19

The widespread condition and distribution of the Covid-19 in Bali until the of June reached more than 1000 cases. In Denpasar had an impact on the economic, social, cultural, security and welfare aspects of the community, so that acceleration efforts were needed in the form of Community Activity Restrictions (PKM) at the Village, Kelurahan and Traditional Village. Denpasar City Government sets policy in the form of Mayor Regulation (Perwali) No. 32 of 2020 concerning Restrictions on Community Activities (PKM) at the village, kelurahan, and traditional village in accelerating the handling of Covid-19, Established by the Mayor of Denpasar Ida Bagus Rai Dharmawijaya Mantra, Wednesday (5/13)

 The scope of this Perwali covers the implementation of restrictions on community activities, social assistance, community participation, guidance and supervision, funding and administrative sanctions. The legal basis for the establishment, Constitution No. 4 of 1984 concerning Communicable Disease, Constitution No. 1 of 1991 concerning Formation of the Second Level Regional Municipality of Denpasar, Constitution No. 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. As well as direct contact is Constitution No. 6 Year 2018 regarding Health Quarantine. Government Regulation Number 21 of 2020 concerning PSBB in the Context of Handling Acceleration in Covid-19 and Minister of  Health Regulation No. 9 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for PSBB. Supervisory patterns conducted based on this Perwali ( The Regulation Mayor of Denpasar ) are with the Middle Guard Pattern which includes, continuing independent isolation education (OTG, ODP, PDP, PMI, Medical Staff, Non-Medical who have performed quarantine at home Supervision of new residents, development of a positive stigma against OTG, ODP, PDP, PMI Monitoring of the co-19 prevention protocol and the control of violations of the co-19 prevention protocol.

            Restrictions on community activities referred to in this Perwali can be done by implementing learning activities at home, restrictions on working in the office, restrictions on religious, social and cultural activities, restrictions on activities in public places, as well as restrictions on modes of transportation and community mobilization.
