Tourism is one of the drivers of the community's economy, so that tourist activities in tourist destinations can provide economic, social, political and cultural impacts. This is indicated by the increase in industries related to tourism activities. The management of a tourist attraction is basically a set of roles that are carried out to carry out the functions inherent in that role.

       Developing the management of the tourism sector in the village. The management of tourism through Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) is based on authority by attribution and delegation in accordance with the provisions of article 19, article 20 and article 21 of Law number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages (Village Law). The establishment of BUMDES is an effort to accommodate all activities in the economic sector and public services. besides, BUMDES is a forum for community empowerment that has long-term benefits. Based on Village Ministerial Regulation number 4 of 2015 concerning the establishment, management, management and dissolution of BUMDES, it is determined that the objectives of BUMDES include improving the village economy, optimizing village assets to be useful for village welfare, increasing community efforts in managing village economic potential, developing business cooperation plans between villages and / or with third parties, creating market network opportunities that support the public service needs of citizens to create jobs, increase community welfare and increase village income and village income.

        In the context of managing tourism objects by BUMDES, it is generally carried out through the development of inter-village business cooperation as a form of management of economic potential in order to increase community income and village income. Within the theoretical framework of the state welfare state must play a role in improving the welfare of the community through regulation and supervision of sustainable tourism development.

        Thus, business cooperation is based on an investment agreement or a profit sharing agreement to determine the benefits of this cooperation. Besides, every village potential can be directed to become the economic sources of its residents.
